What will you do?

We are seeking an experienced DC Logistics Manager to join our NSW Team based in our Moorebank DC .

Other key responsibilities may include:

  • Accountable for adherence with all Chain of Responsibility legislation and adherence to the RLSC Code of Practice
  • Achievement of budgets and delivering best in class cost outcomes
  • Ensure delivery performance is met for all stores 
  • Responsible for ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to in area of responsibility with particular focus on inventory management 
  • Contract Performance on 3PL providers
  • Develop & Maintain proactive working relationship with store teams, particularly Regional Managers and the applicable State Managers
  • Proactively provide input into the ongoing development of the Supply Chain strategy and execution of the relevant components of the strategy
  • Providing a safe workplace by identifying and reporting safety concerns
  • Leading by example through maintaining a safe working environment
  • Coaching and development of team members

What do we need?

  • Extensive supply chain/ logistics experience in a retail environment (automation experience highly beneficial) 
  • Proven safety leader with strong understanding of all relevant legislation and codes of practice
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of the major cost drivers in DC’s & Transport
  • Large team management experience with strong knowledge in ER & IR
  • Demonstrated experience delivering continuous improvement projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills and results driven
  • Ability to lead change with a customer focused approach
