What will you do?

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Customer Insights Manager to join our Marketing team, based in our Store Support office in Williams Landing in West Melbourne.

In this role, you will drive customer-focused decisions cross-functionally – ensuring the customer is at the heart of all business decisions.  This role aligns with multiple stakeholders within the business to develop, refine and drive relevant customer insights and analysis.

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Driving customer-focused decisions across merchandise, marketing and customer experience stakeholders by managing and prioritizing a wide variety of market research projects and tracking data, developing and utilizing qualitative and quantitative data sources to assess and evaluate the buy cycle and marketing communications program, delivering actionable insights reflecting customer needs
  • Drive an insights dissemination framework in tune with business needs by producing category overviews, customer profiles, size of the opportunity aspirations, event customer reviews and a customer-led event calendar.
  • Identify and build significant category product opportunities that meet business objectives, to be presented to senior business stakeholder by reviewing internal and external data sources
  • Manage the planning, development and delivery of key insights projects from the conceptual stage through to execution and collation of results to drive business outcomes.

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related discipline with 5 – 10 years market research experience.  Experience in customer research methodology is essential as is the ability to interpret research, analytics, customer and financial data to deliver insights along with well-developed customer insights skills across the whole customer insights spectrum, and ability to influence across all levels of the business.
