What will you do?

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced HRIS Manager to join our Remuneration, HR Systems & Payroll Team. 

Reporting to the Head of Remuneration, HR Systems and Payroll - the HRIS Manager, with the support of a People & Capability Business Analyst, will have will lead, support and maintain Success Factors – managing system upgrades and maintaining data integrity.  This role will also include ensuring Success Factors can process employee data, generate People Reports and Analytics.

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Maintain all HRIS modules and provide support for Payroll, HR, and compensation modules
  • Manage the day-to-day system activities for Success Factors
  • Ensure HRIS application users are trained, maintained and supported in the procures for the use of their respective modules
  • Deliver application support to enable application users to meet business deadlines, including payroll processing
  • Work closely with and build good working relationships with Payroll, and the wider People & Capability Team
  • Develop and embed dashboard and standard reporting through Success Factors

What do we need?

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification with extensive HRIS system management experience, preferably within Success Factors.  Ability and experience in translating complex HR technical terminology and processes into plan English is essential as is the ability to build strong working relationships cross-functionally and externally.
