What will you do?

We are seeking an experienced Remuneration & Benefits Specialist to join our People & Capability Team for a period of 6 months based in our Store Support Office in Williams Landing in West Melbourne. 

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and executing key deliverables in the BAU Annual Remuneration Review (ARR) and Bonus Program Plans and provide key support for activities from the R&B Operational Plan and transformation programs..

Other key responsibilities may include:

  • Dedicated support to execute key deliverables on remuneration and benefits plan activities and programs such as incentive programs, share plans and remuneration review
  • Administer new year annual program letters for STI plans to team members
  • Complete bonus calculations for quarterly, bi-yearly and annual schemes accurately and on time
  • Develop communication and letters for the payment of all bonuses and liaise with payroll for payment

What do we need?

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years end-to-end remuneration cycle experience in a similar position within a fast-paced environment.  Experience and confidence in remuneration reviews, STI & LTI programs, job evaluations, salary surveys and restructures is essential as is working knowledge of various HRIS systems including SAP, Pivot and Kronos, along with ability to manage tight and conflicting deadlines and ability to interrogate and analyse big data sets and information key to ARR and Bonus Programs.
