What will you do?

Working as part of our Store Leadership Team in Victoria, you will be responsible for leading a region of stores in maximising sales, profit and market share. This role is focused on store high performance, with full region profit and loss accountability, and driving our stores’ customer experience, sales, service and standards execution in your designated region.

This particular role will be looking after a region of stores across the south east of Melbourne and into the Mornington Peninsula, along with a number of regional stores such as Shepparton and Cobram.  

Other key responsibilities may include:

  • Customer – build a customer centric business focus and culture, and inspire a team mindset to deliver store standards and processes with a customer focus approach.
  • Commercial – deliver top line sales, EBIT and net income targets, and identify opportunities to maximise demographic and geographic sales opportunities within your region.
  • Team – strategically build team capability across all levels of the business, and lead the way for strategic talent management, development and succession planning.
  • Operations – proactively lead your region and influence the national support team in delivering outstanding operating standards.


What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have extensive stores multi-site senior leadership experience with demonstrated knowledge and implementation of stores’ best practice. Retail stores’ experience in big box and apparel at a senior leadership level is preferred. Demonstrated ability to drive change through productivity improvement, ability to translate vision and drive initiatives with a sense of urgency and strong financial and business acumen is essential.
