We are seeking an experienced Online Program Manager to join our Online team based in our Store Support Office in Williams Landing in West Melbourne. 

What will you do?

To provide thought and organisational leadership across a large program project portfolio, ensuring the overall online business goals are met and work with cross functional business stakeholders to ensure effective management of issues and risk, project financials and quality governance.

Other key responsibilities may include:

  • Manage conflicting project and resource requirements, to ensure all financial year workload is delivered
  • Ensure all program stakeholders deliver tasks to timeline
  • Establish governance framework for large cross function work program
  • Proactively identify program risks and opportunities and effectively manage cross-project dependencies
  • Lead the Target vision, strategy and values within the team and across the organisation

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have a formal project management certification (such as PRINCE2, PMBOK or Agile) and be able to demonstrate solid experience as a Senior Project/Program Manager (or similar position) in medium to large-sized organisation.  Strong experience working within an established ITIL framework is essential as is extensive experience in managing large cross-functional programs, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and influence at senior level, and the ability to champion continuous improvement in project management and delivery methodologies.
